Reiki: A Path to Balance, Healing, and Self-Discovery

Reiki, often called energy healing or energy balancing, is a practice designed to help you find harmony within your energy centers. While the holistic community often refers to “clearing or aligning chakras,” my approach focuses on creating balance through slow, deliberate energy shifts that open the door for deeper healing.

In our sessions, I offer distance Reiki, which means we connect over the phone or via a virtual appointment. Once we establish a connection through voice and thought, I intuitively tap into guidance from both your guides and mine to focus on what serves your highest good. Throughout the session, I keep you informed about what I’m sensing, the shifts taking place, and any messages or insights that arise, ensuring a deeply connected and comfortable experience.

Reiki gives you the opportunity to tap into your body’s natural healing processes, restoring physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. By channeling universal life force energy and transferring it to your energy body, I help you reconnect with your own energy field and empower you in your healing journey. You may feel the energy move, hear intuitive insights, or gain a heightened awareness of your energy centers—all designed to help you feel more attuned to yourself.

Sometimes, specific areas you want to address may not align with what I’m intuitively guided to focus on. This often happens when karmic lessons are still unfolding in that part of your life. If this occurs, I’ll communicate what the session reveals, and together, we’ll process the insights and work toward clarity and healing.

For some, Reiki can feel uncomfortable at first, especially if you’ve built energetic defenses throughout your life to feel safe. This practice gently brings awareness to those defenses, helping you understand them and feel safer addressing challenges with openness instead of resistance. Over time, Reiki supports your ability to respond to adversity with balance and confidence.

As with any healing modality, Reiki requires integration. After sessions, you may notice shifts in sensitivity, a need for more alone time, or changes in mindset—this is all part of aligning to a new energetic frequency. Whether you feel deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, or more energized, your experience will always be exactly what you need in the moment.
